Refund Policy
If you purchase a BodyNetix Service and cannot finish the sessions due to health issues, you are eligible for a refund for unused sessions minus a $10 processing fee. This refund is based upon notification from your doctor. If you choose not to continue your BodyNetix Services for issues other than something health related you are not eligible for a refund. BodyNetix does not grant credit or issue refunds for missed classes but will offer make-up sessions dependent on the circumstances of the cancellation. Please see our make-up policy (below) for information on rescheduling a missed class. *After purchasing a BodyNetix service, you have 48 hours to change your mind and receive a full refund.

Missed Class Make-Up Policy
Clients must notify the office manager with an email at admin@bodynetix.ca that they will not be attending their scheduled FitCamp prior to their class. Clients who give advance notice of their absence can do a make-up class in any available BodyNetix FitCamp or Hot Yoga class. Clients who miss class without prior notice may attend a Saturday FitCamp to make it up. Make-up sessions must be completed within the client’s registration time frame and cannot be used to extend a client’s registration period. Extenuating circumstances will be dealt with on an individual per case basis.

Monthly Membership Cancellation
Monthly members may quit without penalty if moving more than 30km away from the BodyNetix studio or with recommendation from their doctor because of heath issues. Monthly members who are not moving or medically unsound but wish to terminate their auto renewing yearly contract with BodyNetix may do so under the following terms:

1. Members must give a one-month notice in writing by email to admin@bodynetix.ca.
2. Clients agree to pay the difference between their reduced monthly FitCamp membership price and the 12-week FitCamp price on a per-session basis. This amount will be dependent on their individual contract terms.
For example: The cost of an individual session with a 3 day per week monthly membership is $13.86 whereas the cost of an individual session with a 3 day per week, 12-week membership is $11.50. Clients will pay the difference of $2.36 multiplied by their number of completed sessions with BodyNetix.

BodyNetix Terms & Conditions

By accessing this site or purchasing any BodyNetix services you confirm that you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are capable of undergoing the activities in any exercise program, which you follow. You should take medical advice before embarking on any exercise program. All activities are undertaken at your own risk and under your own medical advice. The advice and instructions provided by BodyNetix through a website, correspondence or consultation do not in any way replace, and should not be construed as, medical advice.
2. BodyNetix strongly recommends that you stop exercising and consult your doctor if during any activity you feel pain, dizziness or excessive shortness of breath. BodyNetix cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury incurred during exercise.
3. BodyNetix and its agents, contractors and employees shall not be liable for any claims, demands, damages, rights of action or other causes of action, whether present or future, arising out of or connected in any way to the use of any of the information provided through a website, correspondence or consultation, including, without limitation, in relation to any injuries sustained by you except in so far as it can be proven that the relevant injury relates to the willful act, neglect or default of BodyNetix or any agent, contractor or employee.
4. BodyNetix may communicate with you via electronic mail ('e-mail'). By providing an e-mail address to BodyNetix, you consent to receiving e-mail communications from BodyNetix. You also accept that e-mail may not be a secure and confidential means of communication. BodyNetix will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communicating with you via e-mail.
5. These terms and conditions may be revoked, altered or added to from time to time by BodyNetix, without prior notification to you. Any such variations will be published on the website of BodyNetix.
6. The website www.bodynetix.ca ('website'), all text, photos, imagery and graphics shown on the website and used during correspondence, are protected by copyright and owned by BodyNetix. You may not copy any of the websites content, text, photos, imagery and or graphics other than to print or down load for your own reference in relation to exercise technique and or information. All other rights are reserved. The logos, trademarks, service marks and service formats shown and used on the website are the property of BodyNetix, its licensors and clients. The use of any trademarks, service marks and or service formats is prohibited without the written permission of BodyNetix.
7. Prices are in Candadian dollars and are correct at time of being published and subject to change without prior notice. All services are to be paid for in full, in advance of the session commencing using any one of the payment systems specified on the website. Cancellation of sessions must be made twenty-four hours in advance of the session start time. We will do our best to accommodate your request for re-scheduling under our make-up policy. Notification of cancellation relating to any Direct Debit must be given in writing and received by BodyNetix no less than one month before the cancellation date. Invoices are to be paid to BodyNetix within fourteen days of receiving notification. In order to qualify for discounted and or free sessions through block purchases of session, payment must be made in full and in advance of the first session.

BodyNetix Privacy Policy

This privacy policy tells you how we use personal information collected at this site. Please read this privacy policy before using the site or submitting any personal information. By using the site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You are encouraged to review the privacy policy whenever you visit the site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used.

Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.

Cookie/Tracking Technology
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

Distribution of Information
We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.
