The FitCamp that started it all! This fast-paced, full body conditioning workout will get every muscle in your body stronger and tighter while helping you improve your cardiovascular, burn fat, reduce stress and increase your overall energy!

Beginner FitCamp

Intimidated by the thought of a FitCamp? Has it been awhile since you have been active? Need to lose 20 pounds or more? This 3 day-a-week class will be perfect for you! Designed with a beginner in mind, the pace of this FitCamp is just right for those looking to lose a chunk of weight or those just getting going.

Girl Power FitCamp

This one is for the ladies only! This FitCamp is a mixture of cardio and weight training for a complete full body workout. All the same great benefits of the regular FitCamp but with a little extra work on those areas you ladies want to firm up! Space is very limited so sign up today!

Noon Hour Power FitCamp

Make the most of your lunch hour with this quick, intense FitCamp that will have you in and out on your lunch break! Suitable for all Fitness levels, this 3 day-a-week fast paced, fun workout will fill you with energy, boost your strength, and burn off the fat!

Saturday FitCamp

Attention Weekend Warriors! Every Saturday, join us for an hour of cardio and weight training to help your weekend started right!

Men's Strength & Conditioning

Designed with a man's body in mind, this challenging and effective program will group together heavier strength training and intense cardio intervals for a full body blast. An increase in your strength, cardiovascular output, and core endurance can all be expected. You will also burn body fat, build muscle and feel great doing it.
